MIPEC TEAM BUILDING 2017: WORK HARD, PLAY HARD

In three days from September 6-9 this year, the Trade Union of Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (MIPEC) successfully organized the summer holiday event "Mipec Team building 2017" at a beautiful beach in Quang Binh Province with the participation of the company’s Board of Directors and a large number of staff.

Team building program with many interesting games

This is MIPEC's annual activity aimed at connecting employees and departments within the company, at the same time, ensuring the company’s welfare policies and the Board of Directors’mind in improving the living conditions of staff.

The 2017 summer tour in Quang Binh started with visiting the tomb of General Vo Nguyen Giap at Mui Rong (Vung Chua - Yen Island). Next, the team went to visit Thien Duong Cave which has been named the longest cave in the world.

The holiday program continued with the Team building activity on a local beach with lots of interesting and funny games. MIPEC staff who were divided into four teams had all joined in with the slogan "WORK HARD, PLAY HARD".

MIPEC delegation was divided into four teams, and together to overcame the challenge in four activities including Start, Accelerate, Jump and Finish

The "Mipec Team Building 2017" summer tour was completed with a Gala Dinner "MIPEC Vietnam - Uniting - Developing 2017" with many exciting and impressive performances prepared and performed by MIPEC staff.

With many meaningful activities, the “Mipec Team building 2017” summer vacation had brought lots of memorable moments. This was also the motivation for MIPEC's employees to continue their efforts in other cultural and social activities and complete the business development goals and plans set by the company for 2017.
