MIPEC ANNOUNCES NEW RETAIL FUEL PRICING PLAN

Hanoi, June 4^th 2026, Military Petrochemical JSC (MIPEC) officially adjusted retail price of diesel oil (DO), and mazut (FO).

*Note: Retail prices of gasohol E10 decreases 1.330d/litre; gasohol E5 decreases 1.470d/litre; diesel 0,001S-V decreases 790d/litre; diesel 0,05S-II decreases 790d/litre.

The new pricing plan is in effect as from 15:00, June 4^th 2026

The new pricing plan announced by MIPEC in this notice is applied throughout MIPEC’s distribution chain across the country, including:

(a)       MIPEC official filling stations;

(b)       Filling stations of MIPEC’s official agents;

(c)        Filling stations of MIPEC’s commerce-delegated merchants.

The new pricing plan is publicly available at our website www.mipec.com.vn, as well as at MIPEC’s subsidiary companies’

“Adjustments in petroleum prices stem from price movements of petroleum products in the world market in this pricing cycle and is in accordance with the Government’s pricing policies as stated in Decree no. 83/2014/ND-CP on September 3^rd, 2014 together with official Guidance Documentations released by Ministry of Industry & Trade and Ministry of Finance.” – said company leader.

The new price Decision no. 252/QD-MIPEC signed for promulgation by General Director Du Cao Son June 4^th 2026 was sent to every subsidiary companies and was reported to the Office of the Government, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Finance, Fuel price Interdisciplinary Regulation Department.

MIPEC’s subsidiary companies must report the promulgated price plan to city’s Department of Industry and Trade.      

According to Document no. 4054/BCT-TTTN by Ministry of Industry & Trade, the provision and expenditure from the petrol-price stabilization fund (BOG) as from 15:00, June 4^th 2026, are as follows:
